Big Alsie - March 20, 2013Sweet nose. Big hop punch. Pine start grapefruit finish. Nice lacing. Small thin head. Bitterness lingers after finish. Will definitely drink again.

hefewiseguy - March 12, 2013Pours a hazy tangerine color with a finger of white head. The smell is really nice- hops and honey with sweet malt. Crazy hops on the palate! Great bitterness and perfect sweetness to balance. You'd think you're drinking an 8% beer as the alcohol is fairly hidden.

bdub30 - February 24, 2013Dark honey in color. Very sweet nose with hints of pine and citrus. Taste is sweet with a truckload of hops. Bitterness lingers a bit as well. Felt a little 'syrupy' to me. Pretty good overall, but is no Younger.

hhbikes - February 10, 2013The label calls it a triple IPA. nice balance, a little less hop harshness than Pliney the Elder

westsidemike - February 9, 2013Simply delicious. Very big beer. Thick golden liquid. Extremely piny and floral. Def a fave.

cocamide - February 1, 2013Initially smelled like a citrusy IPA, then got a real funky smell. Now it has that funky smell with the piney smell. Taste is good. Very strange aromas through time.

aparks17 - December 31, 2012Outstanding IPA! Big hops with huge citrus and floral. One of the better imperial styles I've had. If you like Simcoe hops this one does it right.

aaron499 - December 21, 2012Surprisingly mild for 11.25%. Usually beer loses hopiness when it goes over 8% but this one maintains it.
