chulk771 - April 4, 2016No carbonation, very strong barrel, almost sourish, balanced ABV well. Hoppy. Flavor doesn't last long. Mid bodied. 3.5
Stout73 - December 25, 2015First, this review is actually Cellar 3 2015 Silva Stout. Wow! What a flavor bomb! First taste had a nice cherry flavor on the back end. Next, coffee/chocolate flavors with a hint of vanilla. It's strong at 10.1%, but with such complex flavors, the % isn't an issue at all. Pours black with a nice pillowy tan head. Shared this one considering the wine sized bottle. So, one in a sitting is ample. It's a limited reserve, so grab it when you can.
