Dawgvet - May 16, 2014Very strong initial hop bitterness that turns into a grapefruit after taste that lingers for a long time. Very nice head at the pour. A beer that you have to work your palate up to. Would not have been a favorite if this was my first IPA
bersnobs - May 3, 2014If you've ever eaten hops this is coming close. CRAZY aftertaste that's there even the next morning. Overall solid beer though. Good ABV level. Love the bitterness.
stoopy645 - April 27, 2014Sierra Nevada is another solid brewing company. It's usually my fall back beers when in a store that doesn't have a huge selection. Try this one! High ABV and great flavor.
rs10 - April 16, 2014Pours a huge head in an IPA glass. Nice amber color. Nose is predominantly grapefruit and floral. Very smooth and balanced flavor that, while not really light, does not indicate the 7.2 ABV. Finishes with a slight characteristic pine hop bitterness. Very easy to drink.
