Rebel Rocketman - January 23, 2016Clean, easy drinking ale with good malt flavor and excellent aroma. Very faintly smokey with a woodsy, earthy quality in the nose, and deep caramel and biscuit flavors that do not linger on the palate. Wonderful copper red color with rocky off-white head. Slightly sweeter than other red/scotch ales, but still very well balanced. Probably the best session beer brewed in Wisconsin.
