Pours burnt amber with thin head that fades quickly. Sweet malty aroma. Malty flavor that lingers with a zingy hop flavor profile - September 3, 2018
Slightly sweet with a hint of coffee. I really enjoy this one.

Somewhat fruity taste. A little bitter. Bottle was outdated so am not sure if this is typical of this beer

Sweet, thick, nice after breathing a bit; easy for a beer well over 9%

Yummy! Like a barley wine - lots of flavor. Great big bottle inexpensive Costco purchase!

Yay for a VA brewery! Yummy with lots of flavor. Similar to a Barley Wine. Excited for an inexpensive Costco purchase. Big bottle - $5! profile - August 9, 2016
Listed under "hoppy" but not so much. profile - March 18, 2016
Ok. Yuck after taste is not really there. Darker beer, kinda light taste.
