A mild tasting beer. A nice soft pumpkin flavor but not much body to it. I have to say that I am not a Saranac fan and living in upstate NY I have tried very hard to be a fan of a local beer company. I've tried many if not all of Saranac's beers and have not enjoyed any of them until I tried the Saranac Pumpkin Ale. It is not my favorite of the fall seasonal beers available and may not even be in my top 10 but I do enjoy a couple Saranac Pumpkins during the fall season. Saranac please keep making beers. I will always try them.

Solid pumpkin ale. Nice levels of spice and pumpkin flavor. Doesn't forget that it's a beer.

Eh. Tastes like somebody's idea of Southern Tier Pumpking, but not nearly as. good.

Pumpkin notes, but not heavy. Smooth and easy to drink, but aftertaste is a bit flat.
