Too hoppy with an extreme lemon-peppery taste

Not impressed.. I'm disappointed dogfish signed on to this half ass beer.. I expected a hoppy, earthy, bitter saison from victory and stone.. Somebody needs to educate stone and victory what a saison is and what it should taste like I have had both individual breweries saisons and there pure hops..poor excuse for a collaboration.. Dogfish shouldn't be associated with this trash, there better than this. profile - March 13, 2013
A beer that I wouldn't picture any of the breweries in the collaboration to brew. I love the smell of saisons! Anyways the beer is light, crisp, and refreshing with noticeable herb spice, light hoppiness, and clean finish. Spice tends to linger on the palette. profile - September 12, 2012

Crisp and grassy, not bad for a saison. Bottle, Aug 2012.

Very smooth. High octane but not much with the spicey notes that I would normally find with a saison. very good.
