Draft, chalice
Pours a slightly hazy warm coppery golden color with a finger of barely white head that leaves great lacing and slowly dissipates to a nice film. Aroma is very strong and fantastic. It has a very good pine to it, which has a nice mild curbing finish. The flavor is big on the pine up front, and finishes medium dry with a healthy bitterness to it. Pretty good. The rye is there, but I think the hops overwhelm it a bit. The rye adds up front sweetness, and the finish has the hops taking over.
