Very strong aroma of vanilla with coffee pulling through. Vanilla is overwhelming to the taste. Not very well balanced.

There's a lot going on I this beer. Quite robust with a lasting aftertaste.

01OCT12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Draft Espresso/Vanilla porter. A bit sweet, but the flavors mix well together to make it enjoyable. Smells like a winter campfire. Flavors definitely have a vanilla-covering-espresso tone. Porter takes the flavor of those tones. Medium-to-thick mouthfeel.

Chocolatey, malty, coffee-y, hoppy. Not sweet. Deep, dark color.

Sweet with a vanilla hit at the beginning, with coffee and a final hint of chocolate at the finish. Dark in hue (but you can still see light through it), very little head and a thinner mouthfeel than porter normally has. Very pleasant beverage which really doesn't need any food to be enjoyed.

Pleasantly sweet with a vanilla hit at the beginning and a coffee/malt finish. No overpowering flavors, dark in hue with very little head and a thinner mouthfeel than porter normally is. An enjoyable drink that stands by itself.
