jeffspurlock - March 3, 2012A very mild sour. Heavy on the Brett and oak. Smooth and easy to drink.
It starts with a deceivingly light flavor, but quickly gives way to malt an fruit flavors. Then the sour comes in, holds for a little, and finishes off in a red-wine-like ending.
