Rebel Rocketman - March 23, 2014This is a simple, clean English style stout, with no additions or frills. Deep roast flavor with moderate chocolate, coffee, and caramel notes, balanced by a touch of bitterness from both the black malt and the subtle but noticeable hops. It might be simple, but it's done perfectly; this is what a stout is supposed to be. If you're ever in Ashland, this is not a beer to miss.
