Overpriced. A good, not great, beer. And at $14 for a bomber it isnt worth it. Tastes like a saison. A little syrupy, unusual for a whitbier. A lot of booze in there; it is advertised as imperial, but the reviews saying this is a very boozy tasting beer; its definitely not. Its sweet, as many others correctly noted. No evidence of oak barrel aging, unfortunately. Got at Ray?s.

The Pinot noir adds a nice fruity balance to the witbier flavor

Found at Town Center Market in bomber (2014). Might be my favorite wheat beer.

Slight carbonation, copper color, slight sweetness, Belgian ale style taste

APPEARANCE - Cloudy orange with a 3-finger head that dissipates. A little lacing.
AROMA/SCENT - Sweet, piney, herbaceous.
TASTE - Not too hoppy, not too sweet. ABV somewhat hidden.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Good carbonation for such high ABV.
VALUE - Reasonable.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Pleasant, well-balanced. Quaffable.
