An appropriate name since this red ale really is off the rails. Sweet but not not obnoxious. Dark but still red. This is one of my favorites from Karl.

May be a little light on the ABV but very smooth and tasty.

Quite disappointed. I have had their Red Trolley many times and quite liked it. Recently, I had the opportunity to have it on draft from their brewery and it was even better. It may have spoiled me. I expected that great flavor intensified here, and it fell short. Looking forward to someday trying this at their brewery if it ever comes available again.

On the lighter side for an imperial red. Strong malt tastes with an enjoyable hop finish. One of my favorites in this style.
