Draft, goblet
Pours black with over a finger of light, coffee-colored head. Has an aroma of fig and molasses; sharp yet light. Flavor is initially sweet and malty, then there's a moderate bitterness that swirls in but still manages to finish moderately wet. The mouthfeel is light and the carbonation seems low and creamy, which is surprising given the large head. It's very delicious. Surprisingly refreshing. The Belgian aspect doesn't overwhelm and punch you in the face, but it's still full of great flavor.
