Very nice complex farmhouse ale. Slightly sour and hoppy.

Slightly turbid, pale yellow color with a small lingering white head. Pleasant funky, tart, lemony aroma. Finishes dry, peppery, and with some rye spice.

Really amazing Brett saison, frothy white head forms, aroma of lemon/lime, pineapple/peach, a little bit of funky hay, taste is similar, light and smooth body that finishes crisp and tart, with a lingering grain on the palate. I could drink this all day, everyday, superb brew!

Smells like champaign. Light and sour. Fairly complex.

Cloudy straw color with modest head. Floral, citrusy aromas - no malt. Light bodied with good carbonation. Tart with citrusy notes on the palate - slightly spicy.

APPEARANCE-Golden/peachy/hazy/small bubbles SMELL-Citrus/earthy TASTE-quite a bit of citrus and maybe some pickle?? MOUTHFEEL-Doesn't seem "fizzy" on the first swig but then you feel it. Went down smooth Overall- was a good beer to me but I'm new to craft beers. I'd buy it again but it hasn't been the best I've had. Serving type: bottle
