A beer blend and collaboration beer with Stone, Wicked Weed, and Eclipse. A Belgian style tripel blended with a west coast DIPA, then aged in oak that originally housed red wine and then tequila. Hazy orange in color with a frothy finger of head. Pungent aromas of citrus with a Belgian yeast note. Has a very subtle tequila smell. Medium in body has a very viscous mouthfeel with a citrus taste at the forward, and a drying Belgian/champagne like finish after a nice hop bite. As it warms up the tequila flavor becomes more pronounced mixing with the hops and Belgian wine like dryness. Also you get a little bit of a tannin red wine note. Unique and interesting would definitely have again. A very interesting blend pushing limits of craft beer.

Interesting brew. Hazy orange color. Nose is Belgian yeast. Citrus upfront. Sweet banana bread in the middle. Some Belgian breadlines and a drying finish after some hop bite. Unique and interesting. Which means something considering my hitlist. Upon further sampling you get get some of that red wine and tequila coming through as well. A bit like a tannen astringency you'd fine with red wine.

A beer blend. A Belgian/style triple aged in oak that originally housed red wine and then tequila. Blended with a west coast double IPA. Hard to nail down. A little whacky. Not in a bad way though

Really great beer. Very floral triple with a nice hoppiness, but nothing over the top, well balanced. More triple than double IPA.

Tasty. Much more IPA like than Belgian, thank god. Bottle, Mollie & Clay's, May 2015.

A hoppy Belgian IPA, semi sweet and yeast taste not too strong. Not bad to split with someone. Bottle, May 2015.

High ABV makes it taste like wheat or Saison.

A-. Good double IPA, but really didn't get any Triple or barrel aging. Another bottle was more of a C+, alcoholic aroma and sweet aftertaste.
