jaywill1323 - February 4, 2016Had on draft in Boulder Colorado in sept 2015 and liked it so much brought a bottle back to jersey with us. Had from the bottle conditioned bottle 2/3/16.
Hazy cloudy light golden in color with a frothy bubbly effervescent white head that quickly dissipates. Fresh sour citrus lemon aromas and funky sour notes. Has a funky champagne like smell to it. A little bit of pineapple and melon sweetness too. Light and bubbly in body, has a great balance between malty sweetness at the forward and funky sour citrus. Had the right amount of pineapple sweetness to add a nice complexity to the beer. Excellent funky sour would definitely have again.
