Very mild hop bitterness when it first hits the tongue. That quickly subsides and leaves with a quick, clean finish. If you are looking for a smooth-drinking beer for warmer weather and don't want a hefe or these lemonade-flavored beers that are so popular, This would be a good choice. you won't offend anyone with this beer nor will anyone get too excited.
