janomac - March 3, 2020People?s Brewing does a very nice ?standard? IPA with their Mound Builder IPA. This IPA is a ?wheatier? and somewhat more hoppy version. It?s straw color is cloudy rather than transparent and the flavors feel that way, too?a little heavier in effect rather than crisp. It?s a good brew, but not something you?d say was exceptional. The hops are a bit dry and not overly bitter, but the citrusy flavors are not as forward as the hoppy-ness.
Again, a good beer, a good IPA, but this brewery?s Mound Builder IPA is probably a better choice if you like IPAs.
