bugs318 - January 11, 2013(Dry-hopped Belgian Pale/Saison) cloudy light amber with creamy white head of slight retention and clingy lace. nice floral and citrusy nose with a touch of earthy yeast spice. Nicely peppery with a balanced finish despite the herbal sterling hops. Mildly funky/earthy as it lingers moderately. Nice body and carbonation
