Very good sour with barrel aged oak flavor

Pours a reddish brown capped with a thick audible white head of slight retention and negligible lace. Aroma is of figs and raisins alongside a mild funk and near dry wine semblance. Taste is of sour tart cherries and a hint of candied sugar, though far more sour than sweet. Very carbonated and yet the most wine-like of sours I have had. Fairly full bodied and very good.
