ebriolus - November 17, 2013Amber and quite cloudy body with a rich, creamy white head that slowly recedes leaving lace on the glass. Some sediment present. Quite carbonated, lots of bubbles streaming from the glass bottom.
Lots of citrus hop aroma up front. Resinous and floral hops as well with other tropical fruit.
Strong hop flavor, citrus and resinous hops. Strong bitterness fades to a rich malty finish. Smooth mouthfeel. Grapefruit and bitterness linger. Bitterness linger builds up.
Good hop bomb representation not unlike many other west coast IPAs.
