Many like to call pbr cheap but I prefer the term "cost efficient". This company has a very long and proud history dating back to pre prohibition days. An American tribute to the beer world. Crispy, light bodied, I taste a subtle metallic note that is surprisingly a nice offset to the sweet malt. Above all I taste corn. Not sure if corn is an actual adjunct in the mash but I feel this is an iconic American flavor being one of the largest producers of it on the planet. Cheers!

How did my dad stand this stuff? Weak flavor, no mouthfeel, and harsh finish. What keeps it popular besides a low price and ironic hipsters?

Not bad, but not good either. Tastes like a somewhat bland national beer. Only good if you're getting it cheap.

Offensively inoffensive. Tastes like skunked seltzer. Cheap and decent with grapefruit juice.
