Very peachy! It's got a nice bit of sediment. Decent beer, not something I can drink all the time.

Ale brewed with peach juice, grains of paradise and dandelion greens blended with wood aged beer

A little biased since it's my recipe but I enjoy the balanced Brett and earthiness of the dandelion greens, ripe peach and soft citrus notes

Fruity. Light and bubbley.

If you ever wild-craft a salad made of dandelion greens and topped it with the flowers and some sliced peaches, expect it to taste EXACTLY like this beer.

Refreshing brew that screams summer to me. Complex flavors- there is a peach note, but it's not overwhelming and more tart than sweet. Nice level of bitterness from the dandelion. Hazy golden color, like a summer afternoon.

Slightly tart but not sour. Very smooth.

Interestingly walking the fine line between tart & sour. Peachy front with slightly oaky & tart finish. Very complex & tasty.
