Odd idea - putting an Oyster in a beer vat - but the result is pleasing. It's a very nice stout with a slight briny back note. I enjoyed it.

C. Light body dry stout. Not much aroma and a light roast taste.

Carbonated, not smooth. Upfront bitterness from malt. Flavor doesn't last. Watery. 3.3
