Cellar Dweller - July 7, 2015Wow! Amazing quad! So smooth. Pours a dark mahogany with a medium creamy tan head. Smells lightly of caramel, chocolate, apple and pear. Tastes largely of caramel backed by apple and fig. Alcohol is mostly hidden but you do feel it on the dry finish. Wonderful smooth creamy beer!
