Very yeasty. Excellent Belgian Trappist with sweet undertones. Comparable to dryer weyerbacher merry monks. Mine was aged five months. Could be better with more age

A light Trappist ale. Not much kick either. It is ok.

Hazy amber/orange body. Foamy cream colored head that is very slow to recede. Orange, citrus fruits, spices in the aroma with biscuit malt, yeast and floral hops. Heavy malt flavors, bread, alcohol and esters, spices dominate the flavor at first. Bitterness cuts through the malt and lingers with orange. Pleasant sourness builds but does not overpower. Good Trappist ale. Complex flavors.

Only thing of note is the crazy head other than that it has no real taste and smells of ass. Boo

Light reddish brown in color with a very large off-white head. Spicy, yeasty, bread-like nose. Spicy, hoppy, slightly funky taste with a completely dry finish. Not my favorite beer but complex, different, and interesting.

Awful! Lighter fluid

Insane soapy off-white head. Aroma is of barnyard funk with some sour fruit. Taste is similar with a complex finish and less discernible effervescence than you'd imagine from the head.

Pours well with a thick frothy foam that elevates above the rim. Nose of Belgian yeast and almost that of a wild ale, slightly sour. Great taste. A little sour cherry. Excellent balance.
