Definite honey-flavoured, lager like golden ale with understated hop finish. Seems a little old fashioned compared to modern IPAs, but still quite charming. The bottled beer is rather too fizzy.

Light, smooth... The aftertaste is likable; the honey taste is prevalent but faint. Other reviews say it's better as it warms; perhaps I'll have to slow down for the next one.

You can really smell & taste the honey. I like it cold but there is a better flavor as it warms. Good summer drinking beer.
