Brown amber color. barly hoppy hidden fruit scent. moderate hoppy bitterness. Bit of sweet, rich flavor emerges with savory dish. Bit dry. Good finish

A malty/almost chocolate and some hops nose. Sweet malt taste and a vanilla taste. Finishes dry. I would buy another one.

Mail ordered and I want to think the heat got to it in travel but it was only two days. I was not impressed at all but norm liked it. Zero evidence it was an ipa to the extent norm had no clue until I told him afterwards. Picked up strong oak flavor and basically zero hops. Again maybe it was a bad bottle...not just a bad beer. Worst barrel-aged beer I've had as it were though

Really good, very similar in aroma and flavor to DFH Burton Baton but more balanced with less bite because of the lower abv

Actually 7.12% alcohol. Not much nose on this but otherwise very nice. Very solid bite despite aging, and a hint of oak. Better than the Oaked Unearthly in that it plays up the hops instead of only the heavy, syrupy oak flavor like Unearthly has. The unique mad hatter taste tends to fit much better with the oaking here. Well done.
