Modest, rose head that dissipates quickly. Opaque mahogany with a vivid tinge of blood red at the edges. Intense aromas of raspberry liquor dominate the nose. Light bodied with abundant, fine, carbonation. Tart with hints of berries and liquor. I'd rate this higher if the tartness didn't dominate the palate so much. Shame as this brew could be so much more.
