Hoppy - Nice toasted lite chocolate flavor. Front flavor and not much aftertaste

You can definitely smell and taste the hops which make it not my thing. But it isn't overwhelmingly hoppy.

This is an awesome porter that hits the nose and mouth with an explosion of flavor. I really enjoyed it

Much like some of these so called black IPA's. Good hop flavor and cascade aroma. I will have this again.

I'm not usually huge fan of porters, but this one was quite good.

This is one tasty, hoppy porter. Avery prides itself on hopping up their beers and they know how to do it. Better than any black IPAs I have had, smooth and complex.
