Dr Why - July 4, 2017Rich caramel flavored Blonde Ale that is really quite brown with robust yeast profile accented with Coriander. It really doesn't taste like any other beer or Ale. Maybe a richer more flavorful Shock Top is an adequate comparison or a Shiner Bock. Quite good! I don't know why but Band of Brothers Brewery in Tuscaloosa does not show up with my addition.
