Flowery, sweet nose. Pretty blonde with a slight haze. Highly carbonated..and just as an advisory..hold away from face when opening..frothy head that starts big but disappears quickly into a thin line . It's flowery and sweet..it's a very unique sort of hefe and I very much appreciate it for what it is.
