Reds are not my thing. That being said, I wouldn't turn this down if offered even if I wasn't thirsty. The appearance was cloudy reddish bronze with a creamy head and fair lacing. The aroma was caramel and malt with some strong hops. The flavor was malt up front and then the strong hops bitterness hits and just lasts. The mouthfeel is surprisingly full. Overall, my impression of this beer is that it is a tasty beer good to drink on a cool summer evening.

Elysian makes a good one here. Plus, the Men's Room is a great show.

A tasty red ale. Very simple and light and extremely easy to drink. Not a particularly interesting flavor for Elysian....but perfect pitcher filler

Amber red ale. Not too hoppy so it has only a slight grapefruit finish or after taste. A rather nice red ale. Not overpowering. 33 ibu.
