Matilda
Belgian style pale ale
Belgian style pale ale fermented with the wild yeast brettanomyces bruxellensis.
Good beer, quite delicate but distinct, light Amber, bittersweet

Very flavorful for a pale ale

A crisp Belgian style pale with aromas and flavors of fruit and clove and a nice dry finish.

Smells like a golden monkey. Taste like one with a few shots of water in it

Not for me. Not easy to drink. A little too dry? Has that flavor I don't really like in beer. Not terrible but also not for me. Also tried it a little too warm. Might be three stars colder.

Not bitter either

Reminds me of a wheat beer. A little sour. Not bitter at all. I like it!
