Served on draft with a gigantic head. Once again, I forgot to smell it. The first sip was super subtle, tasted like a really mild Pilsner. But this dissolved into a very well balanced settled taste. I remarked to a friend that this is probably what they drink in heaven. Great stuff .

Tasty, but slightly sour finish. Makes you realize it's a pilsner you're dealing with, but I'm not in total love.
