Smooth, chocolate notes. Finish a bit too effervescent. I'd drink again.

Really great blend of malty flavors - chocolate, caramel, toffees, etc. Espresso referenced on the label is really subtle. Can from total wine make a six.

Canned on December 11th, got from total wine on December 26th. Poured a nice brown amber color, not a ton of carbonation, barely any head that went away right away. Smells of malt and toffee and tony bit of cocoa. Taste is less than the smell. A sweet taste but is not off the charts with flavor. Not too bitter or too sweet. But really lacks a strong flavor. I bought six of these so it's not bad to drink but it's not a ton of flavor. Smells awesome though.

Good complex brown ale. Chocolate & coffees.

Not a fan of this style, but it is delicious. Have drank this several times over the past few years, first time rating. Extremely complex beer for 5.5%. Buy this again!!! 1/7/17 Solid 4 stars Can
