HunterDuke - March 1, 2013Carbonation was gorgeous. Aroma is grassy and yeast, but fruity when first poured. Flavor was a pleasant yeast pungency that cut into a grapefruit bitter-sweetness with a buttery toast finish. Already planning on my second pint!

Light honey color orangish; foamy thick and big head;
Smells like grass and ends with sweet yeast
Tastes a bit sharp, clean finish; does not have the characteristic Belgian sweetness; some spice notes; I would grade it a C
