Sudsey - February 13, 2012Dark Scottish Ale. Very malty, with a caramel and toasted chocolate meets rye bread flavor, but with a slightly muddy undertone, some peat-like tannic flavor and acidity in the middle. Moderate to heavy mouthfeel.
