Strong Acidic raspberry with powerful effervescence. Good palate cleanser. Pairs well with dark chocolate and cheesecake. A bit too sweet.

Not a traditional lambic as it is a bit too sweet but is you like sweet fruity beer this is for you. Not mush complexity just fruity sweetness almost akin to some ciders

Absolutely perfect as dessert beer. Pair with chocolate for an unusual and unique experience. Serve in a wine glass.

This one is a bit too fruity for me. Would be great in a float or as a dessert, but couldn't just sit and drink it.
