Smooth, dark ale; slightly creamy, very drinkable. VA Bch

Had this on tap at a pub in VA Beach. I was psyched to try this local brew that I was hearing a lot about while on my trip. The experience was decent if not mildly disappointing. The malt is there but the flavors just don't pop, so it's not too memorable.

Good body, not too heavy

. Sweet and tasty. Very light roasty smell

Nut & oatmeal stout aroma, very bright carbonation, lovely sweet malt-forward and medium-bitter flavor. Would buy again!

Robust, very full of flavor. Excellent compliment to BBQ.

Heavy but not as heavy as Guiness

Good. But a little watered down

Thin mildly creamy hop finish
