suo colore è dorato intenso, ed è una birra piena di carattere grazie alla sua elevata gradazione alcolica e al suo gusto ricco, speziato, fruttato e al tempo stesso leggermente amarognolo. Il retrogusto della 9° Rituel è persistente e richiama leggermente all’affumicato.
