Smokey after taste but weak on palate

I am not a hoppy person. Traditional IPA are too bitter and taste the hops. This imperial is subtle and delicious. Bitter and unbalanced compared to other imperials but can not ignore this. Satisfies the best IPA aficionados. Do not listen to the others. This coming from a porter/stout fan.

Medium hoppy with a slow start. Finishes smooth with a slight tartiness.

It's like chewing on a hop bud. I usually love super hoppy IPAs, but I just can't seem to wrap my tongue around this one. If you drink it, be prepared to have your palate blown.
