Cellar Dweller - January 24, 2016In the glass it looks like a rum and coke. Smells like wet wood. Taste like wet wood, tobacco and caramel. Interesting and it actually kind of works. Thin, with a light carbonation. A nice surprise for me.

letterman - October 31, 2015Having a draft "La Rossa". Guess it's the Doppio Malto
Good. Very dark color but not heavy
Malty not Hoppy - thank god!!

gtonthebus - February 1, 2015More lively and interesting than a mass produced beer should be. Very refreshing. If one knock a tad sweet.

wheressinbad - January 7, 2015For a 7.2 abv beer, this one comes off a bit watery for a dopplebock. Hints of licorice and prunes. Nothing I'm too excited about but very sip-able with a meal.

TearsforBeers - May 2, 2014Real smooth and wine like, not sure maybe just me but overall really enjoyed it's unique flavor.

pizzarolls - January 12, 2014Not what I expected. I drank it at a macaroni grill which also wasn't really what I expected. I had a good night though. This was the start of it. Flavor isn't fantastic but it went well with my chicken and mushroom canalonni or whatever the hell it was

logankeeler1@gmail.com - January 12, 2014Warm and malty without being too heavy. Hickory chocolate taste with a little cherry. What the cherry ale should be.

boltach - October 16, 2013Pours red with Amber head, tastes great, poured into Pilsner and let settle, sat back and enjoyed this beer fully
