1-1.5 inch head. Light and crisp on the tongue. Dry like all kolsch beer, but with some fruit (apple, underripe pear, white peach), light esters, and a hint of smoke. Summertime beer for sure.

One of my favorite Kolsches. A bit sweet but with that classic Kolsch flavor.
