An almost smoky flavor to it which blends really well with the unpasteurized taste. A good showing from jester king and one I would absolutely buy again.

31DEC12, Jeannie's house, Columbus, IN 22oz, pint Heavy oak aroma, and tart oaky flavor. Sweet malty flavor. Light on the mouthfeel but with medium carbonation. Trace of bitterness, but not much. 04JUL14, Cole & Lauren's 25.4oz, pint It's really good. Not quite so tart as before. Lots of head now.

Definitely enjoyed this one. Reminds me of a toned down version of cigar city's maduro. Not nearly as good as that beer, but similar tastes.
