Cowboy Mike - July 29, 2014Pours a dark straw color, unfiltered & opaque with a thin white head. The nose had a light hint a floral belgian yeast. The taste is bready, heavy with malt. There is a nice peppery / spicy finish. Not as flavorful a triple as I would like, but still quite good. I'd call it a perfect first triple for those new to the style.
