This a unique woodish, sour, and smooth flavored beer. Amazing after taste considering it being a indian brown ale. Cons: makes ur throat dry n makes u want to drink more.

Great brown ale. Smoky, coffee malts with moderate hoppiness

I enjoy most dogfish brews but this was an exception. This brown ale was a bit too sweet and malty for me.

Nice DFH. Malty, brown sugar, slightly burnt coffee. Enough hop aroma to keep it honest. Taste lingers on. I will be brewing a clone of this one, good stuff.

Quite flavorful - enjoyed with spaghetti, eggs, sausage. Matched the sweetness of the sauce nicely. Delicious malt. UPDATE: Had one that sat around for 6 months. Even slightly improved. A touch of sweetness remains, but has given way to a barky, charred taste. Fairly dry, enjoyable.

Coffee front with chocolate ending. Another good desert brew.

Love the slight taste of sugar at the end.

Carmel hopped dark brown ale. Sweet finish that is mitigated by hops.

My favorite brown ale style brew. It's opinion, but you just have to taste it. Wonderful. I miss it as it isn't distributed to Indiana any longer. :(
