Not bad at all...Nice maltiness, sweetness blend with the hops.. Neither is overpowering..Not as hoppy as u would expect given the high abv and when u compare this to other imperial reds.. Solid beer.. Great purchase..$4.99 at the Blue Hills Brewery.. Steal..3.5 stars

Smell of citrus right off the bat. Have to agree with the other review on the sour note. Good not my fav. Would probably not get it again.

Not a fan of this one, too sour and bitter for an Imperial I.P.A, prefer Firestone's Double Jack or Wachusetts' Larry
