Solid malt-forward nose of toasted pumpernickel and biscuits. Taste is a bit bland and ever so slightly watery, but also neither quite hoppy enough with only faint pine beneath the toasty malt nor clean enough as it leaves a bit of a chalky linger that isn't ideal. Certainly not bad, but not worth seeking either.
